The name Kanoula is no coincidence  in the previous century, the place actually used to be a kanouladiko (a small tavern). Stella, who lives in the neighborhood, often passed by the little shop with its retro lights at the entrance. One thought led to another, and in 2000, Stella and Agapi opened Kanoula. With influences from the East, the restaurants identity was shaped by family heritage. When I inherited my grandmothers belongings, I also inherited her recipes, Stella says. Many of them I still use today. But I was also inspired by my own home  I grew up surrounded by flavors. Over time, through experimentation and creativity, the result evolved into what Kanoula represents today.
Thus, the Kanoula team welcomes people every day  no exceptions, no age limits. Theres a bit of everything in our garden, says Stella with a smile""Olive oil from the top, wine from the middle, and honey from the bottom."
